1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or using any feature of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ILLUSION SECURITY provides cybersecurity training programs, AI-powered learning tools, practice labs, mock interviews, and related educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at office@illusionsecurity.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Access Codes & Enrollment

Course access codes are issued to the specific email address used during purchase. Codes are non-transferable, single-use, and expire 30 days after issuance. Sharing or reselling access codes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including course materials, videos, assessments, AI-generated summaries, and branding — is the exclusive property of ILLUSION SECURITY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Share, sell, or distribute course content or access credentials.
• Use knowledge gained from our courses for malicious or illegal activities.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through PhonePe. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

8. CyberPulse Credits

CyberPulse paid credits are non-refundable and expire with the session. Free daily credits reset at midnight IST. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILLUSION SECURITY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will be accurate or up-to-date at all times.

11. Governing Law
