The Team

Built by Practitioners, Not Professors

IllusionSecurity.tech was founded by two people who learned the hard way — through late nights, broken code, and the belief that real skills beat certificates every time. We train the way we wish we were trained.

What We Do

We run hands-on cybersecurity and AI workshops for college students and early-career professionals. No fluff, no theory-only sessions — you build, you break, you learn.

Why It Matters

The gap between what colleges teach and what the industry demands is massive. We bridge it with practical, tool-driven training that prepares you for real jobs and real challenges.

Who It's For

Students who are curious but don't know where to start. Developers who want to add security to their toolkit. Anyone who believes skills should be earned through practice, not just purchased through courses.

The Guy Who Learns Anything — and Then Teaches You How

The Story

It started with a movie. A teenage Arghadip watched hackers take down entire systems in Die Hard 4 and felt something click. Not just excitement — a sense of direction. That spark stayed dormant through school, through college, until Mr. Robot reignited it with a force he couldn't ignore.

There was no clear roadmap. No mentor handing him a syllabus. Just a laptop, an internet connection, and a strange ability — the ability to pick up any new technology, tear it apart, understand how it works, and start building with it. That's not a certificate you earn. It's a way of thinking. Arghadip doesn't just learn tools — he figures out how to think about problems differently. And that's what he teaches.

When AI started reshaping cybersecurity, most trainers stuck to their old syllabus. Arghadip built AI-powered SOC automation pipelines, created static analysis agents, and started using Langflow to build multi-agent tools for real security use cases. When a new C2 framework drops, he's already running labs on it. When a new attack vector surfaces, he's already teaching how to defend against it. That speed — from zero to mastery — is what sets him apart.

He's trained over 1000+ participants globally — corporate teams, college students, working professionals — across certifications like EC-Council (CEH, CPENT, CHFI), OSCP, ISC2, CompTIA, and his own custom courses on AI in offensive security, AI in defensive security, and hands-on red teaming. EC-Council recognized him as Instructor of the Year 2023 and awarded him the Circle of Excellence in 2022.

But the real superpower isn't the certifications — it's the creative thinking. Arghadip approaches every problem like a puzzle, connects dots others don't see, and teaches you to do the same. That's why he built IllusionSecurity.tech — not to hand you answers, but to teach you how to think like someone who can figure out anything.

The Vision

IllusionSecurity.tech isn't just another training platform. It's built on a simple idea: the best security professionals aren't the ones with the most certificates — they're the ones who can pick up any new tool, any new framework, any new attack vector, and figure it out. That creative, adaptive thinking is what Arghadip teaches.

"Technology changes every six months," he says. "If I just teach you today's tools, you'll be outdated by next year. I teach you how to learn — how to look at something completely new and break it down until it makes sense. That skill never expires."

Whether you're a college student wondering if cybersecurity is right for you, a developer who wants to understand offensive security, or a professional looking to add AI-driven security to your toolkit — this is your starting point. Real skills. Real tools. A mentor who's already figured out the hard parts so you don't have to.
