Refund & Cancellation

At ILLUSION SECURITY, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity education. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course Purchases

Before Access Code Use (not yet registered): If you have purchased a course and have not yet used your access code to create an account, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After Access Code Use (registered): Once your access code has been redeemed and your account created, refunds are not available as course content has been accessed.

Exception — Technical Issues: If you are unable to access course content due to a technical fault on our end and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of access code status.

2. CyberPulse Credits

Paid CyberPulse credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are consumed on use and have no monetary redemption value. Free daily credits do not carry over.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at office@illusionsecurity.tech with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The course you purchased
  • Your PhonePe transaction ID or reference number
  • Reason for refund request

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

There is no subscription to cancel. Course access is a one-time purchase. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from your Profile page or by contacting us at office@illusionsecurity.tech.

5. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Raising a chargeback for a validly processed transaction may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. We are always happy to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive an access code or confirmation email, please wait up to 30 minutes and check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us at office@illusionsecurity.tech with your transaction details and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
